There are three 90-minute classes per week: two in the evenings and one on Saturday morning

7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Practitioners are asked to arrive early enough to help lay down the mats and to change into their gi so that classes may start on time. The dojo is open at least 15 minutes prior to the start of classes.
